After intense competition, many athletes might take a week or two off, give their bodies a break, and relax for a bit. Not Sawyer Klatt.
The 19-year-old powerlifter who competes in the 105-kilogram weight class got back into the gym four days after his most recent powerlifting meet. He loaded a barbell with enough weight plates to exceed the current International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) raw deadlift Teen and Junior world records and locked the lift out.
