Two-time IPF 47 kg World Champion powerlifter Heather Connor was taking part in an Instagram live video on November 27, 2020 when she set a new personal record for herself. At a bodyweight of 44.5 kg (99 pounds), she deadlifted 192.5 kg (424 pounds). After you do the math, that means she was able to pull 4.325 times her bodyweight.
She was already the first woman to lift more than four times her bodyweight, so this only adds to that incredible feat. You can watch the lift in the Instagram video below.
