As gyms begin to re-open after months of being closed, it can be tough to return into the routine of lifting. A few of us were lucky to have house fitness centers throughout quarantine, however much of us were left without anything to raise other than random home objects (were you like me out getting huge rocks on treking trails?!). Returning to the health club and back to powerlifting can be challenging. You might need to alter fitness centers since your old favorite closed down. You may feel like you lost strength and endurance from not raising.
